Pros
Speedway is a great place for a first job, and a place you can stay with as a career. As a company, they are huge on promoting within, and strongly value their employees. I started off at Speedway in operations as a part time CSR, moved up to a Shift Lead, and from there became a Processor on the corporate side in less than 2 years. This company is full of support from people that become more of friends to you than just co-workers. Their best benefit is their educational reinburstment program.
Cons
There aren't any cons I can think of. However,you have to stand out to be noticed, so don't expect a pat on the back for simply doing what you're expected to do.
