Pros
I have been with this company for a little under two years and in that time, Speedway has changed my life. I have been a CSR, a Shift Lead, a Co-Manager and now an intern for the HR Department. I have met incredible people and I have heard some amazing stories of how the individuals in this company have truly touched the lives of others. I have been given opportunities to succeed with this company, and in those opportunites, I have grown as a person. The work is challenging, and at times, I've had to make sacrifices. But nothing good comes easy. For those that are willing to work hard, for those that have a passion and a drive, the possibilites are endless. I will never forget the people I have met, both customers and co-workers.
Cons
There is a lot of work that needs to be done, regardless of the position you hold. That being said, the challenges presented every day keep the work day exciting. If you are looking for easy work, with not much to do, then this company would not be a good fit for you.
