Pros

Always busy, for those that like that. Customers are understanding.

Cons

Job involves pretty much doing everything from food prep, to cashier, to cleaning, which isn't bad in and of itself, but there's a lot asked of employees for little return. Many turnovers due to bad pay. Training is very quick and dirty, mostly since managers have no time for it.
