Pros

Good customers great employees at least those who stick around and deal with speedways bs fun environment to be in I laugh and chop it up with customers a lot as well as doing all that is asked of me

Cons

underpaid over worked and no set schedule to allow for second job since you get paid minimum wage revolving door of epmployees unrealistic goals when it comes to scanning speedy rewards cards And selling points no room for advancement unless you brown nose or sell your soul in order to get ahead there is a lot of favoritism in this company
