Generous Company Paid Time Off

Cons

No leadership, no training, no kindness, no inclusion, no teamwork. Unlike any other corporation I've ever worked for in the worst ways. Move forward at your own risk. Your average work week will be over 50 hours on Christmas side.

Other associates and some of the management was nice

Cons

If you get any sort of illness that forces you into the hospital for longer than a week, prepare to be "terminated". Not only that, but I was told I was a good employee as well directly after. Kind of disappointing for a private company that does not need to be laying off their workers.
