Low wages, risky working with public - Store Manager Spencer Gifts Employee Review

Most of the employees beside Store Manager are on food stamps due to low wages. Assistant Managers are still paid so low they apply for Medicaid and food stamps. Instead of a new $80mil facility and donating so much outside the company, they should look within to the skeleton crews who are at the store level pumping out the profits up to corporate level. I can’t afford more than a studio apartment even as a Store Manager. Why you would be proud that you’re paying your workers so low that they can’t afford food or a family? Store level employees also have to deal with all the crazies of the world, who constantly are rude, sexually harassing, stealing, and threatening.
