You can succeed here if you are a self starter and able to work, learn, and solve problems without needing someone to lead the way at every step. Employees are expected to deliver and also have enough influence to do so. Meaning influence to use good tools, improve process, select technology. - Variety of technology and business domains (As a company I dare say we can truly write software for anything) - Casual environment - Flexible hours - Not a lot of middle management - Ethical, fair, honest and humble ownership

- Open office environment is overstimulating (you will be able to see and hear everything) and not always good place to concentrate and do your best work - Too many projects where we inherited a mess from someone else and are confined by their poor choices which prevents you from doing your best work
