Worst company I have ever work for

Pros

They are paying ok but nothing special about it, every company pays to their employees. Other than that no any pros. Better to find some trustworthy company.

Cons

They are worst in planning & resource management. When they are overloaded with the work they will hire new employees with some fake long term commitment and when it's done, they use to fire employees without any reason & notice. So, be aware of these liars and fake job openings of them. They are very cheap people and never hasitate to play with their employees life. No job security at all. Never seen such a fraud company in my life which does not value their employees at all.

Pros

Free coffee and semi quiet environment.

Cons

This is not a company you want to work for if you like having job security. Spindance thinks that they are a bigger company than they really are and started hiring people before projects were paid for. After these projects fell through, Spindance then had to cut some losses and let people go who did nothing wrong and weren't even apart of these projects. All in all this company isn't a place to trust if you have a family that counts on you.

Your lack of planning shouldn't be my problem...

Pros

Was a nice environment to work in, good office, pay average for the area, lots of different projects and ability to make input

Cons

Unfortunately the con's, lack of any real planning offset all the pro's. Brought me in to start a new department and they changed their mind as to that a few months later. It wasn't me, as I wasn't replaced but reading some of the other reviews this seems to be chronic with them. Simply just poor planning and upper management can't even communicate amoungst themselves.
