Pros

Coworkers are great, knowledgeable people, lots of tribal knowledge but company is making an effort to document everything. Going through typical growing pains of a newer company.

Cons

Often feels disconnected from the main office in UK, makes it difficult to schedule meetings. Only one healthcare option- Cigna. Needs better overall organization of the business but they appear to be going through revamping to get there.

Pros

PTO benefits were solid. Many of the non-executive hires are highly capable and easy to work with.

Cons

There appears to be a lack of clear direction at the organizational level, with a primary focus on short-term financial outcomes. Office spaces are largely underutilized and not well maintained. There is also a noticeable disconnect between leadership flexibility and expectations placed on newer employees regarding in-office presence. Overall morale seems to be impacted.
