- Great team of super motivated people - Unique datasets being collected from space - Working in the NewSpace industry

Cons

- Way too focused on the "space program" and not on building a business - Basically zero career progression or coaching - Super distributed (6 offices in 4 countries) with <150 people.

Pros

PTO benefits were solid. Many of the non-executive hires are highly capable and easy to work with.

Cons

There appears to be a lack of clear direction at the organizational level, with a primary focus on short-term financial outcomes. Office spaces are largely underutilized and not well maintained. There is also a noticeable disconnect between leadership flexibility and expectations placed on newer employees regarding in-office presence. Overall morale seems to be impacted.
