Pros

I came for the satellites, and I stayed for the company. The culture is one where growth is not only encouraged, it is expected. You will never be bored, and you will never dread Mondays. Everyone is driven to deliver on the massive goals that we have set, so of course we work hard, but we also enjoy socializing and keeping things exciting. Our outings have included everything from baseball to boardgames to windsurfing and LAN parties.

Cons

Good luck finding another company where every "product" launch is predicated on the successful firing of a rocket on its way to space.

Pros

PTO benefits were solid. Many of the non-executive hires are highly capable and easy to work with.

Cons

There appears to be a lack of clear direction at the organizational level, with a primary focus on short-term financial outcomes. Office spaces are largely underutilized and not well maintained. There is also a noticeable disconnect between leadership flexibility and expectations placed on newer employees regarding in-office presence. Overall morale seems to be impacted.
