Pros

I am bullish on this company. *Ambitious goals and a team that can achieve them. *Strong feelings of camaraderie, even across global offices. *Freedom and flexibility (if you're getting your stuff done). *High-quality hiring bar attracts high-quality people. *Ability to make a true impact on the company within your first week. *Strong business prospects and revenue pipeline even without delivered product. *The CEO is a BOWSE. He truly cares, is openly available, and always delivers. *Great career mentorship and advancement opportunities. *Well positioned in the market and strong business savvy across leadership and BD team. *Fun group of people, and fun company outings (Go-karts, Tahoe, Whiskey Distilleries...). *Few real competitors in the space. *Spire is defining an industry, not just playing in one. *So much to learn and do across multiple disciplines, it's true... "You will never be bored at Spire."

Cons

*Some growing pains across multiple global offices, but this is to be expected, and Spire seems to manage it well. *Outgrew the office in Soma, but we are moving soon :). *Too few cons for me to leave a meaningful list of cons.

Pros

PTO benefits were solid. Many of the non-executive hires are highly capable and easy to work with.

Cons

There appears to be a lack of clear direction at the organizational level, with a primary focus on short-term financial outcomes. Office spaces are largely underutilized and not well maintained. There is also a noticeable disconnect between leadership flexibility and expectations placed on newer employees regarding in-office presence. Overall morale seems to be impacted.
