You get ownership for your work from day 1. Constant learning thanks to all the technical challenges that one must face while working with many smart engineers. Great benefits and salary.

Cons

Some procedures and documentation are still being built up. You may work a bit longer hours than in larger aerospace companies.

Pros

PTO benefits were solid. Many of the non-executive hires are highly capable and easy to work with.

Cons

There appears to be a lack of clear direction at the organizational level, with a primary focus on short-term financial outcomes. Office spaces are largely underutilized and not well maintained. There is also a noticeable disconnect between leadership flexibility and expectations placed on newer employees regarding in-office presence. Overall morale seems to be impacted.
