The employees at Spire are second to none. Extremely talented and mixed group of employees across all pockets of the business (engineering, product, sales, marketing, operations, finance, etc.). The technology is cutting edge and the company has one of the most impressive track records in the industry. The financial outlook is also extremely impressive.

Cons

The fast paced nature and global focus can be challenging for some.

Pros

PTO benefits were solid. Many of the non-executive hires are highly capable and easy to work with.

Cons

There appears to be a lack of clear direction at the organizational level, with a primary focus on short-term financial outcomes. Office spaces are largely underutilized and not well maintained. There is also a noticeable disconnect between leadership flexibility and expectations placed on newer employees regarding in-office presence. Overall morale seems to be impacted.
