Pros

Great offices. Extensive travel. Seemingly never ending entertainment budget.

Cons

The E-Staff are unpredictable, unreliable, unprofessional, un trustworthy and (in some cases) genuinely abusive. The husband/wife team at the top are very volatile. This means that there is an ongoing case of "The Emperors New Clothes". Only good news is tolerated. The truth is an abstract concept here - as seen in some recent external reports - which is very concerning for a listed organisation. It's been getting worse for a while but things seems to be deteriorating very quickly. The environment is toxic in the extreme. 50-60+hour work weeks are expected as the norm - regardless of your role or level in the business. My colleagues in Sales role are being destroyed by the culture and the targets - more, more more. It's insanity. The People Team has been a problem area for the last 2 years. CPO creating work that fits his own agenda but just delivers zero, nothing. Just creates work for already over stretched and understaffed teams. How can the People function have so little regard for the people and such a negative impact on the business?! The revolving door of staff will continue a-pace.

Pros

PTO benefits were solid. Many of the non-executive hires are highly capable and easy to work with.

Cons

There appears to be a lack of clear direction at the organizational level, with a primary focus on short-term financial outcomes. Office spaces are largely underutilized and not well maintained. There is also a noticeable disconnect between leadership flexibility and expectations placed on newer employees regarding in-office presence. Overall morale seems to be impacted.
