Pros

Innovative technology- space technology that contributes to more accurate weather forecasts and the way we observe the climate on earth. The work atmosphere is great and everyone is fantastic to work with for the majority.

Cons

The sales organization is too silohed and lacks management structure to fully enable the sales team.

Pros

PTO benefits were solid. Many of the non-executive hires are highly capable and easy to work with.

Cons

There appears to be a lack of clear direction at the organizational level, with a primary focus on short-term financial outcomes. Office spaces are largely underutilized and not well maintained. There is also a noticeable disconnect between leadership flexibility and expectations placed on newer employees regarding in-office presence. Overall morale seems to be impacted.
