Pros

Leadership is transparent and communicative which I always appreciated. Great company culture. Spire is unique to me because on the whole the company seems to care and value the brilliant and quality people they attract.

Cons

The international aspect of the company is great but it can create a lack of in person collaboration across disciplines and teams.

Pros

PTO benefits were solid. Many of the non-executive hires are highly capable and easy to work with.

Cons

There appears to be a lack of clear direction at the organizational level, with a primary focus on short-term financial outcomes. Office spaces are largely underutilized and not well maintained. There is also a noticeable disconnect between leadership flexibility and expectations placed on newer employees regarding in-office presence. Overall morale seems to be impacted.
