Pros

Space projects are very interesting by definition

Cons

Terrible experience, obvious degradation of the management if it was good at all; those people do not know the standards and just qualification is very questionable, they are not competent and not professional.Communication is terrible, lots of arrogance with respect to subordinates. Would give negative stars rating if such option existed

Pros

PTO benefits were solid. Many of the non-executive hires are highly capable and easy to work with.

Cons

There appears to be a lack of clear direction at the organizational level, with a primary focus on short-term financial outcomes. Office spaces are largely underutilized and not well maintained. There is also a noticeable disconnect between leadership flexibility and expectations placed on newer employees regarding in-office presence. Overall morale seems to be impacted.
