Pros

Literally the best place I have worked at. I can walk into the OWNER'S office and ask questions and he will give direct and honest feedback good or bad. The president will take hours out of his day to train and guide you. The negative reviews are from people who are were hard core millennials and expect everything to come easy and then blame others when they fail. They are good guys, but they have to know that it wasn't the job for them and can't blame it on others. Again, it is hard work and long hours; people do curse when mistakes are made or when they are stressed, they do have a beer, they celebrate together, and work as a team like none I've ever seen when a co-worker needs help.

Cons

It is stressful and the hours required are long. However, you are more than fairly compensated for this.

Pros

The office is in a good area of the city and building amenities are nice.

Cons

This company and the entirety of its management is completely unprofessional. Managers will only help you when it is convenient to them, miss scheduled meetings without notice, or be absent for weeks at a time. Manager turnover is high and you are left to figure things out for yourself a good majority of the time. There is no work from home option and they only provide 10 days of PTO and 0 sick days. Most people, management included, will come in sick to save their vacation days and get others sick in the process. The only time a work from home option was provided was when a former employee posed an extremely dangerous threat to the office and police had to guard the building. Even then, the option to work in office was available. Racism and sexism are prevalent throughout the company. Minorities are the first to be placed on performance improvement plans on tracks to be fired, while others with equal or even lower performance are not. Women are frequent targets of baseless accusations made by trainers and upper management, making it an incredibly hostile environment to work in.
