Fun environment, but lacks professionalism and experienced staff

They attempt to make it a young and fun environment.

Cons

They treat the atmosphere as is it is a frat house. The agents are we loud and show little professionalism. This job is not for experienced logistics professions but kids fresh out of college h that don’t know any better. Their method is to churn and burn as many as they can and see whet agents stick after a month or two. There is little to no work life balance here,

Good coworkers and managers, but call center challenges persist

Great co workers, Great managers for the most part, nice office

Cons

Its basically a call center. Long Hours, Minimum PTO, Low Base, Hard to Attain comission. You either outlast everyone and get the good accounts or you get lucky.
