Pros
Up to date office. Company pays half of your monthly parking. Lots of swag. Bowling lanes. There are some amazing people on the floor. VP/Sales leader has a lot of advice and helpful tips. He will really listen to what you have to say and try and help.
Cons
Where to begin...the environment here is not one of a team mentality by any means. It is cut throat. Every man for himself, stab people in the back, do whatever you have to do to make your money. Instead of focusing on talents this is all a number games. How many minutes you were on each phone call. How many phone calls did you make. Name of the game is cold calling. One owner acts like he doesn't even see you. He walks around with his face in his phone, or sends hateful emails. Another one has two faces. One that I really admired and believed in. One that showed the real colors. Instead of taking on your concerns and trying to work through them, he just tells you how hes made so many people successful and that basically we owe everything to him. You are expected to be on call 24/7. Dont get me wrong, you will have a couple weeks to get into the swing of things. Then after that game on. This is a HUGE drinking environment. The business is full of just out of college people. For sure there is plenty of talent there. However who can we look to for advice on the issues that come up? Lots of focus on the money but not on what to do when things come up. Unless you are part of an elite group of people and everyone knows who they are, you will not be listened to or taken serious. You will be made fun of. I have seen employees taking pictures of other employees and then an owner come out and humiliate employees on the floor. Why not. Who can do anything about it? There have been a couple occasions where a Glassdoor review came out and all Hell breaks lose. Once it was sent around to part of the office in an email. I had it forwarded to me so I read it as well. Then the team it was thought to come from was pulled into a meeting in which they were screamed at and offered money to admit it was them. Meanwhile the true author of the review was sitting out on the office floor. If you ever disagree or try to offer another perspective, you are just reminded of the amount of money spot has made in 10 yrs. Please, unless you will do absolutely anything for a paycheck try and steer clear. The marketing team does a fantastic job. So much that I discounted every single warning I had. Look at the responses on any board from management when ever they are disagreed with. I am looking to get out of here as soon as possible.
