All the other reviews are true, and despite full remote access we're still showing up during the coronavirus outbreak. - Anonymous employee Spot Employee Review

Pros

High earning potential if you make it through all the other BS, but it takes longer to see success than advertised.

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE IS TRUE. Toxic environment. No need to be redundant and repeat what everyone else is saying, just know the other complaints are completely valid. Everything is highly numbers driven, as most sales jobs are, but management cares more about numbers than they do about their workers. We have full capability to work from home (everything we do is phone/computer based) but with the current coronavirus situation, we are still expected to be present in the office despite everything else around shutting down (which is an extremely open workspace. Long desks with 2 computer screens designate your workspace, no cubicles. If anyone walks in carrying the virus, we're all at very high risk) because God forbid a national emergency would cause any type of lull in productivity. Not only are we fully capable of working from home, it's expected that we work from home outside of regular office hours and are available to solve any issues for customers or drivers 24/7. If you want to be successful, you can also say goodbye to weekends and holidays-- expect to work on black Friday, Christmas Eve, etc and take calls at 3am if there is an issue with your shipment. But during a national health emergency we are still expected to work in office because the idea of losing any amount of productivity to keep employees safe and healthy would be ridiculous.

Pros

The office is in a good area of the city and building amenities are nice.

Cons

This company and the entirety of its management is completely unprofessional. Managers will only help you when it is convenient to them, miss scheduled meetings without notice, or be absent for weeks at a time. Manager turnover is high and you are left to figure things out for yourself a good majority of the time. There is no work from home option and they only provide 10 days of PTO and 0 sick days. Most people, management included, will come in sick to save their vacation days and get others sick in the process. The only time a work from home option was provided was when a former employee posed an extremely dangerous threat to the office and police had to guard the building. Even then, the option to work in office was available. Racism and sexism are prevalent throughout the company. Minorities are the first to be placed on performance improvement plans on tracks to be fired, while others with equal or even lower performance are not. Women are frequent targets of baseless accusations made by trainers and upper management, making it an incredibly hostile environment to work in.
