Pros

Relaxed environment with state of the art facilities. Vibrant company culture and good employee perks. Bonus earning potential. Advancement opportunity. Most teammates are kind, hard-working people who are always willing to help others. Easy going manager who encourages and rewards team. Many nearby lunch options. Secure parking garage that is close and convenient for going downtown when off work. Decent insurance and some retirement matching.

Cons

Rapidly growing business but not enough employees to keep up with increased workload. Wages not proportionate slightly lower than average for position. Bonus structure based on performance of team and no individual work ethic. Only 10 days PTO per year. Training is brief and lacking detail for smaller departments since focused on sales. Some calls regarding payment issues can be stressful. Some employees held to different standards. Commute downtown can be taxing with congested traffic and frequent road construction. Must pay half of parking garage fees. Some work is repetitive. Problem solving skills and ability to work at fast pace required.

Pros

The office is in a good area of the city and building amenities are nice.

Cons

This company and the entirety of its management is completely unprofessional. Managers will only help you when it is convenient to them, miss scheduled meetings without notice, or be absent for weeks at a time. Manager turnover is high and you are left to figure things out for yourself a good majority of the time. There is no work from home option and they only provide 10 days of PTO and 0 sick days. Most people, management included, will come in sick to save their vacation days and get others sick in the process. The only time a work from home option was provided was when a former employee posed an extremely dangerous threat to the office and police had to guard the building. Even then, the option to work in office was available. Racism and sexism are prevalent throughout the company. Minorities are the first to be placed on performance improvement plans on tracks to be fired, while others with equal or even lower performance are not. Women are frequent targets of baseless accusations made by trainers and upper management, making it an incredibly hostile environment to work in.
