Pros

-chill -great if you don’t have many aspirations -they do fun contests every once in awhile -cool CEO who is very personable and often around

Cons

-they really don’t want to pay you unless you’re in sells making commissions. They’d rather keep hiring 23 yr olds and paying them 40k a year max -very minimal growth opportunities. Basically 0 unless you’re in sales or get really lucky -expensive kinda subpar health insurance - they took away all the fun hip extra benefits like Christmas presents for all employees and regular free lunches. Also niche but the coffee machine is always broken -10 days of pto is extremely minimal for a job that could be done from home but everyone is forced to work in office

Pros

The office is in a good area of the city and building amenities are nice.

Cons

This company and the entirety of its management is completely unprofessional. Managers will only help you when it is convenient to them, miss scheduled meetings without notice, or be absent for weeks at a time. Manager turnover is high and you are left to figure things out for yourself a good majority of the time. There is no work from home option and they only provide 10 days of PTO and 0 sick days. Most people, management included, will come in sick to save their vacation days and get others sick in the process. The only time a work from home option was provided was when a former employee posed an extremely dangerous threat to the office and police had to guard the building. Even then, the option to work in office was available. Racism and sexism are prevalent throughout the company. Minorities are the first to be placed on performance improvement plans on tracks to be fired, while others with equal or even lower performance are not. Women are frequent targets of baseless accusations made by trainers and upper management, making it an incredibly hostile environment to work in.
