The culture is really positive and supportive. We have a lot of freedom to teach what and how we like.
Cons
Pieced together frameworks and hand-made resources instead of strong curriculum. I spent my first 4 years in the district with no curriculum, just outdated guides that didn’t have any of the supplemental resources.
