Pros

- SOME nice co-workers - Nice support software: Salesforce, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams

Cons

Where do I begin? If you'd like to waste your time and effort this is the place to do it. The management allows emotions to dictate their decisions and plays favorites on a consistent basis, though they will “unequivocally” deny this. The upper management is absolutely the worst I have ever seen, specifically in Professional Services but this goes straight to the C-level as well, the Directors are completely incompetent when it comes to management let alone the actual product itself and severely unqualified for the role with personalities that are equally unfitting for even the most basic forms of leadership. I always wondered exactly how some of these people received their positions, as usual, it’s who you know (remember, favoritism is major here). I have met toddlers with a higher maturity level than the PS department upper management. The company is sinking and it's obvious in every way once you see for yourself. If you want to work somewhere with a product that should be extinct (hello, FoxPro) and a large, frustrated customer base who yearn for something more intuitive or at least something less breakable this is the place for you! I cannot stress enough the unprofessionalism of this company or their parent company. In a severe slander situation that had extremely personal details shared with severe implications they chose to do...wait for it...absolutely nothing, I was later further punished for having reached out to HR to begin with. In truth I should have known better as a standard HR departments are there to protect the company, never you, though they will do a bang up job of convincing you otherwise. Like I said if you want somewhere that allows you to be emotionally terrorized on top of all their other operational, technical, and service failings this is the place to be. It is a shame, as there are a handful of long-time employees that were there back when the company was, apparently, good. That is simply no longer the case. Don’t waste your own time because they will. - They also underpay for every position.

Pros

It was a great job to start in software, definitely not easy but I never look for that so it was perfect as what I wanted was to travel and had a lot of experience in hospitality. At a majority, I loved this job and the people were great!

Cons

I traveled 90% vs the 70% stated in the job description, which was not terrible at the time as traveling was what I wanted but it was exhausting. I did not feel at the time nor do I feel now in hindsight that there was much room for growth. Pay was too low for the job.

Pros

Good opportunities to learn about the hospitality industry. Some positions require a lot of travel which can be fun. Nice office. Flexible hours. Work from home is allowed for most positions. Very laid back office environment.

Cons

Lack of clear company vision. A lot of organizational changes. The company is in transition and has unclear future. Low salaries! Salary reviews almost never happen even if promised so you better get everything in writing. Lack of management and HR support. No incentives, no bonuses. All this has caused low moral and lack of motivation among employees. Company culture doesn't really exist. Uneven distribution of work. Trainers/Installers/support work crazy hours while most developers/programmers and some managers do the bare minimum.
