Does not live up to promises (No longer owned by Par)

Pros

Generally, a good place to work. Most people are genuinely nice and are good team players. Benefits are average.

Cons

Some team leaders are unreliable, hard to trust and play favorites (and unfavorites). Team leaders are not held accountable to their team members. People seem to get promotion based upon seniority, not ability. No room for career growth.

Not a company for millennials

Pros

Good vacation policy and insurance.

Cons

The company's most popular product is ancient and no longer produces sales. Senior members of staff are entitled and unwilling to help more junior level staff. The senior management has a very "college frat-boy" style of leadership, made worse by the fact that there are no women VPs. Overall, not a place that embraces opinions of minorities.
