- coworkers are well educated and very professional; - coworkers genuinely care about public service, student education, and community involvement; - communication between colleges, departments, and offices is good; - ownership of and responsibility for project management is good; - the University as a whole is working to position itself to accommodate changing student demographics and a changing economy;
Cons
- salaries are low due to organizational culture that originates with nuns who value a martyrdom complex -- work very hard for very little material reward; - as a result of the first con, the organization frequently loses talented people to neighboring institutions;
