- coworkers are well educated and very professional; - coworkers genuinely care about public service, student education, and community involvement; - communication between colleges, departments, and offices is good; - ownership of and responsibility for project management is good; - the University as a whole is working to position itself to accommodate changing student demographics and a changing economy;

Cons

- salaries are low due to organizational culture that originates with nuns who value a martyrdom complex -- work very hard for very little material reward; - as a result of the first con, the organization frequently loses talented people to neighboring institutions;

Cons

Policy limits hours working outside in faculty specialty, poor pay with newer faculty with less experience and education being paid more (unjust), workload is high, some department schools have administrators with favorites. Students aren’t prepared for college which makes a lot of work for faculty.

Wonderful team, great and supportive managers.

Cons

President Roloff and her admin has burnt out most if not all full-time employees. Most of the hard working, respectful faculty and staff have left academia all together because of her. I hope the next president is able to rebuild to university to its former glory.
