Pros

Flexibility in schedule, you'll meet staffs and other student workers that you would not have otherwise met if you do not work as a student worker on campus. You learn much more about the politics and background work into how a university works...

Cons

Not much growth/development as a student worker. Work/office culture isn't really there. Staffs/Faculty do not communicate with one another... There needs to be better communication, community environment, and work culture... What are the missions, values, and goals? There's barely any budget to do anything, as there is a budget deficit that's been occuring for years now at St. Kates.
