Pros

Some really great colleagues. And as with any job there are some manipulative and not so great colleagues. Mission is great in theory.

Cons

Mission has lost its way. Pay is very low. University is likely to undergo major change or a merger due to severe financial issues. Poor leadership in many areas. Not replacing some of those employees that have left is causing very heavy work load for those still there.
