      Pros

      Flexible schedules. Great benefits. Nice amount of vacation/PTO. Great staff within different disciplines. Staff willing to help each other out and work together as a team to accomplish a goal to improve quality of life for the patients.

      Cons

      Hard to find work/home life balance. You had to figure a lot of things out on your own at times, which sometimes had you feeling uncomfortable.

      Good leadership/management Good benefits Good work life balance Great coworkers and company environment Ability to make more money by picking up on call It’s easy to take time off Company phone Opportunity to qualify for company vehicle

      Cons

      Weekend on call. We have to be back up every 8-9 weeks Lack of organization No structure for support. Company hires no PRN nurses and is limited to 1 LPN for support. Extra visits are expected to be picked up by case managers who already have a full load. Required to do an occasional admission Very large territory. Occasionally have to drive over an hour for PRN visits or admissions
