As with any company communication can always improve. It can be more challenge with many different branches to have consistency across the board but something management is always looking for ways to improve.

Weekend on call. We have to be back up every 8-9 weeks
Lack of organization
No structure for support. Company hires no PRN nurses and is limited to 1 LPN for support. Extra visits are expected to be picked up by case managers who already have a full load.
Required to do an occasional admission
Very large territory. Occasionally have to drive over an hour for PRN visits or admissions
