      I have the best supervisor The company has supported me in past Heath insurance benefits Freedom to structure your week Ability to be with a pt and help them get comfortable

      Wear and tear on physically health- out in field Driving from Milwaukee to slinger to N Milwaukee and being given a time frame —high pressure Emphasis on making facility happy over pt care Corporate insisting all offices need to function the same

      Good leadership/management Good benefits Good work life balance Great coworkers and company environment Ability to make more money by picking up on call It’s easy to take time off Company phone Opportunity to qualify for company vehicle

      Cons

      Weekend on call. We have to be back up every 8-9 weeks Lack of organization No structure for support. Company hires no PRN nurses and is limited to 1 LPN for support. Extra visits are expected to be picked up by case managers who already have a full load. Required to do an occasional admission Very large territory. Occasionally have to drive over an hour for PRN visits or admissions
