If you are not in the office “click” you are not accepted! If you try to stand up for pts or self, will be targeted and will find a way to make you quit! Will begin questioning hours and mileage and will find a way to not pay after ending employment due to being professionally bullied! Worst office ever! They are not bedside for actively passing pts and told a close family member before passing “ I do not have to be here and I could care less if you die because your a piece of s*** human being that deserves to die” only gave 1 star because it doesn’t allow to provide a 0 star review!

Good leadership/management Good benefits Good work life balance Great coworkers and company environment Ability to make more money by picking up on call It’s easy to take time off Company phone Opportunity to qualify for company vehicle

Cons

Weekend on call. We have to be back up every 8-9 weeks Lack of organization No structure for support. Company hires no PRN nurses and is limited to 1 LPN for support. Extra visits are expected to be picked up by case managers who already have a full load. Required to do an occasional admission Very large territory. Occasionally have to drive over an hour for PRN visits or admissions
