      Leadership team is willing to jump in to assist. The company has a great support structure. Pay is fair. Company phone provided, as well as dedicated triage nurses after hours.

      Experiences the same growing pains as any company, but feels like a good opportunity to get in at the ground level and grow with the company.

      Good leadership/management Good benefits Good work life balance Great coworkers and company environment Ability to make more money by picking up on call It’s easy to take time off Company phone Opportunity to qualify for company vehicle

      Cons

      Weekend on call. We have to be back up every 8-9 weeks Lack of organization No structure for support. Company hires no PRN nurses and is limited to 1 LPN for support. Extra visits are expected to be picked up by case managers who already have a full load. Required to do an occasional admission Very large territory. Occasionally have to drive over an hour for PRN visits or admissions
