Pros
Great salary and benefits. However, they eliminated their pension plan several years ago, so you are limited to a 401K. Matching funds I would rate as excellent and are based on years of employment.
Cons
Although they tell you there is ample opportunity for career advancement, managers rarely leave so it is difficult to move up the ladder. Micromanagement is part of their operational strategy and includes choosing your words for meeting/greeting patients and every day exchanges with visitors and families.
