Hapless on the Hilltop - Advisor St. Edward's Employee Review

The campus seems desolate and devoid of activity - depressing, most days...there are far fewer students attending the school than the online admissions numbers show, so things are very quiet. There wasn't much room for growth and professional development opportunities were middling, at best. There's a very high level of turnover and management and administration seem confused as to why (It's pay, y'all. It's pay.) A lot of the people working there talk about "the good old days". The campus definitely feels like its on the decline financially.
