Business Outlook
Pros
Salaries are competitive for the geographical area and industry.
Cons
One's experience at St. Elizabeth depends on the manager, but if you have a bad one, forget about getting any help whatsoever from HR. This is a top-down organization and if your version of things goes against what your manager says it is, you will lose every single time and be punished for bringing it up in the first place. In short, if you get a good person at the helm of your department, your life will be fine and you will thrive. But end up with one of the all-too-prevalent semi-psychpaths in charge of various functions here and you will beg and plead the hospital's namesake to answer your prayers for another job and fast.
