Great Team - Weak Management - IT Consultant St. Joseph's Health Employee Review

Weak and inefficient management staff. Rampant favoritism in the department. Punishments and 'reviews' are handed out to those who choose not to bend to the will of the management team. This in and of itself is normal, but when the management runs the team so ineffectually it is hard to follow direct instruction. PM team is extremely elitist and has little to no knowledge about the day-to-day of the IT needs of the hospital.
