MANAGEMENT- Horrible communication skills Impersonal Double Standard Micromanaging Outrageous expectations No Dignity, Compassion, Integrity, Justice, Excellence "Core Values" Pay- Horrible, honestly go somewhere else Benefits- Good But since the recent merg with Providence benefit privileges are being taken and or revised Merg- Once the discussion was at it's final stages a substantial number of Executive left the company Conclusion- Been here for a handful of years in multiple departments under different management; high levels of stress are seen throughout the company and from everyone; from workload and management. Because of these reasons I recommend searching elsewhere.
