Pros
Great healthcare benefits, love my patients, love my supervisor and colleagues, great if you can work independently, clinical support is available when needed, growing fast, no micro-management, use the modalities that work best for you and patients, nice to have internal referral system
Cons
Under-competitive pay, upper administration does not come across as transparent and appears to prioritize numbers over ethics at times, communication between departments can be poor, continuing education reimbursement is very low, heavy caseloads and not enough time allotted for supervision/collaborative opportunities, growing pains, punitive “strike” system (applied even if you’re sick regardless of proof), must request time off way in advance
