The administration lacks any transparency, lies, and values profits more than patient care. There is retaliation for speaking up against administration. Employees at all positions are not valued and treated as expendable. However, if you are one of the "good old boys or girls" you walk on water and can do no wrong, will get anything you ask for from administration, and will continue to be promoted.
