the worst administration and reputation

Support staff is wonderful and wants better.

Cons

The administration is a bunch of lying, back stabbing con artists. The CEO and his cronies that he brought in from his "community" need to go. Until then, SPH will continue to lose employees and have a terrible reputation in the community.

The nurses, medical assistants, and others with direct patient care work hard and are dedicated to patient care.

Cons

The administration lacks any transparency, lies, and values profits more than patient care. There is retaliation for speaking up against administration. Employees at all positions are not valued and treated as expendable. However, if you are one of the "good old boys or girls" you walk on water and can do no wrong, will get anything you ask for from administration, and will continue to be promoted.

There's a lot I like about working here. Great people, for one. Lots of opportunities to learn things and much variety.

Cons

Everyone (in every department, as far as I can tell) is perpetually drowning in work because we are so understaffed. This means that work that needs to get done is constantly being missed in order to put out the next fire.
