Pros

Stackla has two huge things going for it, an incredible staff and an incredible energy around the company. There is a ton of support for each and every employee, the team means a lot to everyone in the organization from Damien as CEO to the SDRs who grind every day. Tons of investment going on in the team, the tech, and individuals. Value is placed on work/life balance - this isn't a churn and burn start-up.

Cons

There is some difficulty getting in touch with colleagues in different time zones, and having an HR team that sits in Australia can cause some hiccups but it is extremely minor.

Pros

The people and culture here is amazing. I love that I can be myself and not worry about politics and feel appreciated for the work and energy I put in. Everyone is very supportive and pushes each other to do the best. The product is constantly evolving to prove value in the market. The team works very hard we're a start up but Work/life balance is expected and everyday we are learning together and it really has that tight knit family feel. Stackla probably is my favorite job thus far. A lot of people boast about culture and transparency at their company but very few actually live up to it. The vetting process for culture fit here is very strong, they want to make sure everyone is a good fit, no jerks here! Honestly if you can laugh, goof around and be yourself at a job while learning and being challenged and inspired everyday, what more can you ask for?

Cons

Communications throughout the team can be difficult due to different time zones and no conference app is perfect. It's a start up so there is a lot of scaling and pivoting. But if you can't handle the pressure and hard work that comes along, maybe start ups isn't for you. People come in early and stay late because there is A LOT of work to do
