Pros

In my first three months of working at Stackla I have noticed the welcoming and supportive culture within the company. If you ever have a question or make an error, there are so many colleagues throughout the global offices who are happy to help you and don't judge. There isn't the intimidating hierarchical shadow hanging over the office/team which is sadly seen to often everywhere else. The option to grow with the company is encouraged and that isn't limited to one department. You may start in sales and feel free to move to Marketing of Customer Success etc etc. The company is still in the exciting growth stage so there is excitement in the air when you come to work. They seem to have got the work/play balance just right with a professional team but numerous social activities planned over the month which really breaks up the working week.

Cons

The only con I can think of is there could be better communication from teams between the international offices- but that's an unavoidable issue with international companies and differing time zones.

Pros

Great company that has a very fun and positive work environment. Always keeps you motivated and excited to come into work everyday. Everyone is always willing to help each other acknowledging good/hard work. No "big ego's" - great team building. Good benefits, lots of room for advancement and promote from within.

Cons

No cons; great company to be working at! Have to be willing to learn and open to changes.

Pros

Stackla has two huge things going for it, an incredible staff and an incredible energy around the company. There is a ton of support for each and every employee, the team means a lot to everyone in the organization from Damien as CEO to the SDRs who grind every day. Tons of investment going on in the team, the tech, and individuals. Value is placed on work/life balance - this isn't a churn and burn start-up.

Cons

There is some difficulty getting in touch with colleagues in different time zones, and having an HR team that sits in Australia can cause some hiccups but it is extremely minor.
