Pros

- Incredibly humble, passionate, kind, hard-working, intelligent, and fun human beings. I haven't met anyone that I work with that I don't like. They've cracked the hiring process; everyone who is at Stackla knows how to get their job done and do it well, and they're quality humans. - Lots of trust and respect for the work that I do and the value I provide. No micro-managing. I'm asked for my thoughts, opinions, and insights at least 5 times a day. I feel completely seen and heard, and I'm told on a regular basis how much the work that I do matters. I've haven't always had that experience at past jobs. - Supportive and empowering culture. As a startup, there's a lot of growth to be had, and more than enough bumps along the way. Execs want you to do your job well, of course, but they also encourage us to find the gaps and move into them. They want to see us succeed and grow, and they understand that Stackla will succeed as a result. They practice what they preach. - A product-first company that is deeply invested in delivering the highest quality to customers. At my past company, Sales made all of the decisions and it was not pretty. At Stackla, the product and customer drive our strategy. We're all very clear that, no matter our roles, we're here to empower our customers. If we achieve this, Stackla will naturally grow. - Great work/life balance, salary, and benefits. We're treated like adults. Get your job done and manage your life. However you choose to do that is up to you, and it's respected as long as you're performing. - It's been a long time since I've been this happy at work, and I'm so, so glad I chose to come to Stackla.

Cons

- No 401k matching. This would be beneficial, and it's just not something the company can provide at this time.

Pros

The people and culture here is amazing. I love that I can be myself and not worry about politics and feel appreciated for the work and energy I put in. Everyone is very supportive and pushes each other to do the best. The product is constantly evolving to prove value in the market. The team works very hard we're a start up but Work/life balance is expected and everyday we are learning together and it really has that tight knit family feel. Stackla probably is my favorite job thus far. A lot of people boast about culture and transparency at their company but very few actually live up to it. The vetting process for culture fit here is very strong, they want to make sure everyone is a good fit, no jerks here! Honestly if you can laugh, goof around and be yourself at a job while learning and being challenged and inspired everyday, what more can you ask for?

Cons

Communications throughout the team can be difficult due to different time zones and no conference app is perfect. It's a start up so there is a lot of scaling and pivoting. But if you can't handle the pressure and hard work that comes along, maybe start ups isn't for you. People come in early and stay late because there is A LOT of work to do
