Working for SRG has been a blessing. They have a great company culture and everyone is like family. Everyone is always willing to jump in and help and we all work together towards a common goal. They offer great commissions and benefits. One thing that is highly promoted is work-life balance. They encourage you to take your evening and weekends off to recharge.

Cons

I don't really have any cons. I would say as they continue to grow, their health benefit options should become less costly. That is a problem that a lot of small businesses face. On the other side of that, they do contribute quite a bit to each employee's benefits, to make up for it.
