Pros

Support from leadership. Growth Opportunities. Inclusive Culture. Great outreach programs and the opportunities to give back!

Cons

I don't really have any cons. I would say as they continue to grow, their health benefit options should become less costly. That is a problem that a lot of small businesses face. On the other side of that, they do contribute quite a bit to each employee's benefits, to make up for it.

Pros

The team and adjacent coworkers were some of the best and hardest workers I’ve ever had.

Cons

At SRG, you are micromanaged down to the minute, you are put down and berated left and right, and there is absolutely no room for innovation or creativity unless you are a top level employee. (Despite innovation being one of the supposed core values). The pay differentiations between even people in the same level is awful and there is no path to upward mobility. Metrics are the same for every recruiter; regardless of what tier the open positions. There is no grace for market changes. This is 100% a sales job. They want their recruiters submitting for new clients and then get upset when their regular production numbers are “too low.” They do not listen to anyone but their “favorites.” Their off-boarding process is not standard, I.e not everyone is granted an exit interview. The upper leadership does not take feedback or constructive criticism well.
