SRG treats everyone like family. The Executives truly care about every single employee and want everyone to feel heard. Everyone is more then willing to help each other out when needed. SRG has also been actively participating and building relationships with charities and organizations in the Tampa Bay area. It has been a pleasure to work here!

Cons

I don't really have any cons. I would say as they continue to grow, their health benefit options should become less costly. That is a problem that a lot of small businesses face. On the other side of that, they do contribute quite a bit to each employee's benefits, to make up for it.
